Aster Family Support is a strengths-based community organisation, and we focus on building supportive relationships, facilitating growth and respecting diversity. Annually we work with over 150 families through our Family Support, Meitheal, Household Assistance, and Triple P services. Based in the Northside Enterprise Centre in Coolock with an office for family appointments in the Northside Civic centre, our service provision team includes Family Support workers who can support families to achieve their goals. Aster Family Support also actively identifies families for whom Meitheal may be helpful and acts as Lead Practitioner in these cases. Our name “ASTER” comes from what’s at the heart of our organisation and how we work with families:

Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and service hours are between 8am - 10pm Monday to Saturday depending on the needs of the families we support.
