Triple P
Triple P Programme
Triple P is a positive parenting programme that is a flexible, practical way to develop skills, strategies and confidence to handle any parenting situation. Triple P is run in a small group setting and can be provided on a one to one basis if required.
The team currently provide the following TP programmes:
Fear-Less TP
The programme caters for parents of children aged between 6-14 years old who are struggling with anxiety. Parents will learn how to manage their own anxiety and stress, and help them to develop a toolbox of strategies for helping their children manage their anxiety.
This course runs over 6 sessions and takes a commitment from the parents. There is work to be done at home on a weekly basis, and parents report back to the facilitators and the group on a weekly basis. Without this additional work, the family will not benefit from the programme.
